This album incorporates the best parts of hardcore. It's fast, emotional and angsty without forgetting to be self reflective.
Year of the Rat's brand of punk reminds me a lot of Truro hardcore. This would fit perfectly on a mix with bands like bands like Frame and Genetic Angry.
I wish I had a physical copy of this album because I really like the aesthetic of their bandcamp page. I also wish I was currently watching this band live because today sucks.
