this blog is meant to be used by the halifax punk scene, with a focus on all ages events because we think the bars are sucking the life out of punk & all of us. not to mention, kids are the future & we should be making more spaces for younger punks to discover what's going on before we all get old & jaded & drop out.

attach your poster to the email if you have one or else we can only post the details on the sidebar. include any write ups about bands or the show that you have. links to bands music would be helpful too.
ALBUMS
if you just want us to post your album on the blog, email a band bio & a link to your bandcamp or a place where folks can listen online. send us a bio or a a short write up because sometimes we don't know what to say & it delays your shit getting online.
CONTRIBUTE
if you want to write for diy halifax, do interviews, post album reviews etc. please email us & we can give you posting permissions. this blog is open to anyone in the halifax all ages punk scene with a focus on house shows/diy events so please help us keep it up to date.
